One allowance for calls and messages. The two numbers in each column are the same month counted two ways: phone calls, browser calls and WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram chats all draw from the same pool. One chat exchange — your customer's message and the agent's reply — uses 0.3 of a minute, so about 3 exchanges equal one minute of calling. Spend it all on calls, all on messages, or any mix.
No surprise bills. When a plan runs out, new calls pause until next month, and we never charge a cent past your plan. Need more minutes in a busy month? Buy a top-up from your billing page and they are added straight away.
Answering several callers at once is included, not charged extra: Lite answers 3 at once, Business 10 and Pro 25, so a busy hour never gives your customers a busy tone.
Pay yearly and save 15%. You can switch on the plans screen after you sign up.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.
