Terms of Service

1. The service

Sawt provides AI-powered agents that answer your customers' calls and messages, transcribe conversations, and integrate with third-party tools you connect. Sawt answers customers who contact you; it does not place outbound calls to them, run campaigns, or send marketing messages. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sawt to:

• telemarket, or run sales or marketing campaigns by phone or by message;
• call or message anyone who has not asked to hear from you, or send bulk, promotional or unsolicited messages on WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Messenger or any other channel;
• make unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calls, or violate telemarketing/robocall or do-not-call laws;
• record calls without obtaining any consent required by the laws applicable to you and the called party;
• send spam or impersonate others; or
• infringe others' rights or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your agents' prompts and for complying with all laws that apply to your calls and recordings. We suspend accounts used for unsolicited or bulk outreach.

4. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Our payments and checkout are handled by a payment processor acting as the Merchant of Record for orders placed through Sawt — currently Dodo Payments; some accounts may still be processed by Paddle during the transition between the two. Whichever processor handles your order is responsible for billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes. Listed prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sawt available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Intellectual property and your data

Sawt and its software remain our property. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you (including processing calls, transcripts, and knowledge-base content).

8. Disclaimers

Sawt uses AI and may produce inaccurate or unexpected output. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
